Hot mulled wine on white wine fills with energy, warms, tones up, excites the senses and, thanks to different cooking recipes, boasts a huge variety of flavors.
1.Apple mulled wine on white wine
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Semi-sweet white wine - 110 ml
Apple juice - 80 ml
Lemon - 1 wedge
Honey - 10 g
Cloves to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Apple - 2 wedges.
Recipe:
Mix white wine and apple juice in a saucepan, put on the fire, put one apple slice cut into cubes, lemon slice, honey and cloves.
We heat without letting it boil.
Remove from heat, garnish with a fresh apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
2.White mulled wine with kiwi and pear
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Semi-sweet white wine - 150 ml
Kiwi - 15 g
Pear - 15 g
Cinnamon to taste
Cloves to taste
Honey - 10 g.
Recipe:
Cut kiwi and pear into cubes, fill with white wine. Add cinnamon, cloves and honey.
We put on fire and heat, without bringing to a boil.
Decorate with pear peel before serving.
3 citrus mulled wine
Ingredients:
750 ml white wine
Orange - 1 pc.
Mandarin - 1 pc.
Sugar
Cinnamon - 2-3 sticks
Dried apricots - 4-5 pcs.
A pinch of ground nutmeg.
Recipe:
Pour wine into a saucepan and start heating over medium heat.
Cut half of the orange into small cubes and add to the wine.
Cut the tangerine in half, squeeze the juice into the wine and add both halves.
Add cinnamon sticks, dried apricots, nutmeg and sugar. Heat without boiling.
Pour into glasses, adding an orange slice to each.
4 white wine mulled wine with raspberries
Ingredients:
500 ml of dry white wine,
2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
200 g frozen raspberries,
1 vanilla pod (can be frothed with a bag of vanilla sugar).
Recipe:
Pour wine into a small saucepan, add sugar and raspberries.
Cut the vanilla pod in half and scrape the middle into the wine. Cut the pod into pieces and send there.
Heat well over low heat without boiling.
Rinse glasses or ceramic cups with boiling water, add mulled wine and serve immediately.
5 white wine mulled wine with fruit and rum
Ingredients:
1 bottle of dry white wine,
100 g of water
8 lumps of sugar (you can have more or less - to taste),
5 cloves buds,
2 cinnamon sticks
half an orange
half a small apple,
1 tbsp. l. rum.
Recipe:
Bring water with sugar and spices to a boil.
Cut the orange and apple into very thin slices. Add to boiling water, cook for 1 minute.
Add wine - bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Optionally, you can add a spoonful of brandy or rum. Remove from heat, cover, let it brew for 20 minutes. Pour into glasses.
