Wood-polymer composite (WPC) - this is the material from which not only fences are made, but also floor coverings, windows, furniture, roofing materials and much more. It is based on polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and PVA glue, which are mixed in certain proportions with wood fibers, sawdust, shavings. The result is an environmentally friendly material that looks like natural wood or painted metal.
The main advantage of WPC is strength, both for squeezing and breaking, as well as heat and sound conductivity.
