Preparation:

  1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar
  2. Add fermented baked milk at room temperature.
  3. Sift the flour and mix the dough thoroughly until the lumps disappear.
  4. Add soda to a glass of boiling water, stir and add hot water in a thin stream into the dough.
  5. It remains to add the oil and stir the pancake dough. (If the fermented baked milk was too thick, then add more boiling water to the desired dough consistency.)
  6. Let the pancake dough stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Lubricate the preheated pan with a thin layer of oil. We collect the dough in a ladle and quickly spread over the surface of the pan in an even layer.
  8. Fry thin pancakes for 15-20 seconds on each side.
  9. If you fry the pancakes in a not very hot oven, then the holes will be smaller.

  6. Leave the dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Mix. Stir again after 20 minutes.
  7. Add warm water. Mix. Pour in vegetable oil. Beat. The dough is ready.
  8. Preheat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil before the first pancake. Pour a portion of the dough with a ladle (about 2/3 of the ladle). Twisting the pan by the handle, distribute the pancake all over the pan.
  9. Put on fire. First on one side for about 1 minute (until golden brown). Then turn over and bake the pancake in the same way on the other side.
